This is a listing for preorder of a quarter, half or full beef.  The total price will be approx for a quarter is $1450,  for a half $2900 for a full beef $5800. 

With the purchase of a half or full beef, you are paying for the total weight of your half of the carcass. Price is determined by $7.25/ lb of the carcass weight. ( half is approx 400 lbs etc) You would take home about 50-60% of the total weight of that carcass. You will be sent a Google form cutting sheet and you will be able to have that beef cut the way you like it!

A quarter you will be paying for the weight of a quarter of the carcass. There are no options for customizing a quarter, you would be getting our standard cutting instructions. 

 This deposit is non refundable and will be deducted from your total cost.

half beef

We have sampled a couple of cuts from this half and have found it very tender. The butcher cut the side to our specifics. We were very happy about this as we did request unusual cuts. The meat was all wrapped in butcher paper which keeps the meat longer without freezer burn.
